In the 5 years span from 2015 to 2020 I actually think Hazard was better, bearing in mind he didn't play the 2019-20 season. De Bruyne is out of this world and his performance this season and the 2017-18 season has eclipsed a lot of the best individual Premier League performances but he was injured most of the 2018-19 season. This isn't a comparison between De Bruyne and Hazard as individuals, it's more of the time frame differences :D
